These 1.25lb change plates attach to dumbbell handles to help bridge the normal 5lb gaps we have between sets! Now you will have any 2.5lb increment you need between our 5-150lb DB set. Let the progression begin!

Always wanted to try Strongman movements but didn’t know where you could go? Join us 8/29 at Captain Roy’s for our first Waterfront Strength Showcase and see what you’ve got!

This competition will be suitable for all skill levels, and especially great for those who are new to the sport! We will be announcing weights for each event and showcasing the rules for each in the coming weeks.

Entry fee is a $20 donation to the non-profit of your choice! Come have some fun, try some new stuff, and support some great causes!

Strongman/Olympic Platform corner got a little more organized. Still a few things we would like to make a home for to ensure easier access to all equipment and a cleaner facility overall.
