🥊 NEW PRIVATE MMA & FITNESS TRAINING SPACE 🥊
We’re excited to introduce a new private training space located at the Hamworthy Liberal Club.
Our gym features a 7m x 4m matted area perfect for MMA, Kickboxing and BJJ training, along with strength and cardio equipment including a Marcy Pro PM4400 multi-gym, air bike and treadmill.
We also have combat sports equipment available including boxing bags, Thai pads, gloves and skipping ropes so you can work on striking, conditioning and overall fitness.
The gym runs on a private booking system, meaning only one person or one group of friends can train at a time. No crowds, no waiting for equipment – just a focused space to train the way you want.
Sessions from just £10 per month .
MMA and Kickboxing classes will also be starting soon.
