✨ SPIRIT RETREAT RELEASE & RENEW | AN EXCLUSIVE EVENING SPA RETREAT ✨

A beautiful Sunday evening for our Release & Renew Spa Retreat.

From 5:30pm through to 9:30pm, many of our guests joined us for the complete experience — an evening created to move through movement, reflection, contrast therapy and deep relaxation.

We began with SPIRIT, our David Lloyd signature Mind & Body product, followed by a Release & Renew session with affirmation cards and time to pause and reflect on the habits, thoughts, beliefs or patterns we may be ready to release — and what we would like to renew them with instead. ✨

Our retreat then continued outdoors in the Spa Garden, where members enjoyed contrast therapy with Spa Host Josh, moving between the outdoor plunge pool and sauna. 🔥❄️

To finish the evening, Angela guided a deeply relaxing SPIRIT Sound Bath outdoors in the Spa Garden. Guests settled onto super-comfy sun loungers beneath the stars, surrounded by the sounds of nature — a beautiful way to complete the evening. 🌿✨

Every Release & Renew guest also received a welcome crystal gift, with fresh fruit available throughout the retreat for our Spa Retreat members. 🍓🫐🍇

We’ve already received some lovely member feedback, including requests for Release & Renew to become a regular event — which we absolutely love hearing. 💜

We’re so excited to welcome you into this beautiful new space, designed for relaxation and recovery.

Discover a range of facilities including our Himalayan salt sauna, hydro pool, and invigorating cold plunges.

Step outside into our spa garden, where you can unwind in the hydro pool or experience our unique stargazing sauna.

Opening Times
Weekdays: 7:00am - 9:30pm
Weekends: 8:00am - 8:30pm

Don’t forget to bring your flip flops and membership card to access the spa.
