Plank Pose reminds us that a strong foundation is the key to everything else we do. Build a steady fire from within and find your unwavering center in this foundational posture. To practice Plank Pose, start in a push-up position with wrists directly under your shoulders. Keep your body in one straight line from your head to your heels, engaging your core and glutes by pushing the group away.

Summer reminder: Hydration isn’t optional - it’s part of your workout!
With our infrared classes, you’ll sweat more (and that’s a good thing 😉), but you’ll also lose more fluids.
Staying hydrated helps you:
✨ Perform better
✨ Recover faster
✨ Support healthy muscles
✨ Keep your energy up
Aim to drink plenty of water before class, sip during if needed, and replenish afterward. Adding electrolytes after a sweaty session can also help replace what you’ve lost!
