Plank Pose (Power Base) reminds us that a strong foundation is the key to everything else we do. Build a steady fire from within and find your unwavering center in this foundational posture. To practice Plank Pose, start in a push-up position with wrists directly under your shoulders. Keep your body in one straight line from your head to your heels, engaging your core and glutes. Namaste 🙏
