Good teaching is more than knowing the exercises.

It’s learning to really see the person in front of you, knowing when to cue, when to progress, when to modify and when to let someone move.

It’s understanding the why behind the movement.

Good teaching matters a lot to us at Nice Time, which is why we’re so happy to be hosting Canadian Pilates Certification again this fall for reformer and chair training! 🍂

We’re excited to host Canadian Pilates Certification’s Reformer + Chair Teacher Training at Nice Time starting in September.

Whether you’re hoping to teach professionally or simply deepen your understanding of movement, this program is hands-on, thoughtful, and designed to build confident instructors.
