Your body is not just here to get you through the day.

It is here to move.
To feel.
To release.
To remember.
To play.

This month’s Ecstatic Dance journey is themed Whimsy, and it’s an invitation to step out of the overthinking, over-managing, perfectly-put-together version of yourself and into something freer.

We’ll weave together meditation, breathwork, dance, and a mini sound bath with Dee Lau from Triakoras during our savasana integration.

Come prepared to follow the spark, move what’s been sitting heavy, and let your most whimsical self have a little room to breathe. ✨

Save $10 on your ticket until July 9th.

DM me for the link.

Indecision loves to dress itself up as “being thoughtful.”

And sometimes, yes, you are giving something the care it deserves.

But other times?

You are circling the same choice because making it would require you to stand behind the direction you say you want.

Pick the offer.
Name the next step.
Tell people how to work with you.
Let the client journey be clear enough that someone can actually follow it.

Your people cannot walk a path you have not chosen.

And your business cannot build momentum if every week starts with the same question:

“What should I focus on now?”

This is where heart-led entrepreneurs can get caught.

They have vision and skill and care deeply about the work.

But the path into the offer is unclear, so the business starts depending on urgency, long explanations, and the hope that people will figure it out on their own.

They usually won’t.

Your work needs a clear way in.

If you are looking for a clearer path to take your clients through, DM me PATH and let’s chat.

Still asking ChatGPT the same things over and over?

In this implementation workshop, you won’t just learn about custom GPTs and Claude Projects. You’ll actually build your own AI assistant during class.

One that knows your business, your voice, your offers, and the kind of support you actually need.

Stop telling yourself you’re going to “figure out AI” eventually.

Get into the room where you’ll actually build the thing.

Better results. Less repeating yourself. Way less generic AI fluff.

Imagine if you had somewhere to take every "Can I just ask one quick question?"

That's exactly what tonight is.

Every entrepreneur has those moments...
"Can I run this idea by someone?"
"Why isn't this offer converting?"
"Can you look at this caption?"
"Am I overthinking this?" (Probably. 😉)

Instead of carrying those questions around for another week, bring them to tonight's live Community Q&A.

We'll workshop your ideas, untangle what's keeping you stuck, and help you leave with clarity and a plan.

🗓 Tonight
🕕 6:00 PM MST

These calls are part of The Phoenix Collective, our community for entrepreneurs who want strategy, accountability, and a room full of people who are building alongside them.

DM me "Q&A" and I'll send you the link.

This is not really about exercise.

It’s about the promises you make to yourself when no one is watching.

The class you said you’d go to.
The business you said you’d build.
The healing you said you were ready for.
The boundary you said you’d hold.
The thing you keep starting, then abandoning when it got uncomfortable.

Every time you break a small promise to yourself, something in you starts to lose trust.

And every time you keep one, even when it’s half-assed, even when it’s inconvenient, even when you’re not in the mood, you build a different kind of resilience.

The kind you can’t fake, the kind that comes from proof.

You showed up.. you stayed.
You did the thing again.

That is how devotion changes you.

Not all at once, but in tiny moments where you choose to keep going.

You will never know what your body can hold, what your business can become, what your relationships can soften into, or what your life can open up to if you keep leaving before the work has a chance to shape you.

Keep showing up.

You deserve to meet the version of you that only exists on the other side of devotion.

What are you devoting yourself to in this season?

Name one small thing in the comments.

AI can help you make a lot of content that still does absolutely nothing for your business.

That is usually where people get frustrated with it.

They ask for 30 post ideas.
They get 30 post ideas.
Then they still feel scattered because none of it is connected to how someone actually becomes a client.

The problem is not the tool.

The problem is asking AI to fill a calendar before you have asked it to understand the buying path.

Your content should help someone move through a real decision.

They need to understand what is not working.
..to see what kind of support would help.
..to trust your way of seeing the problem.
They need a clear next step.

So before you ask AI for more posts, give it a job that is actually useful.

Use this prompt:

“Act like a business strategist. My offer is [insert offer]. My audience is [insert audience]. They struggle with [insert pain points]. Map the stages they need to move through before they are ready to buy.”

Then ask:

“What content would help them move from confused to ready for a conversation?”

Run it with one offer first. One offer, one audience, one path will give you better content than trying to make AI understand your entire business in one messy prompt.

That is where the gold is.

Type PROMPT if you want my 10 favorite prompts for creating a clearer client journey.

Follow-through is one of those things people love to talk about like it’s a discipline issue.

I don’t think that’s usually true.

A lot of the women I work with are not short on drive. They are holding a lot. Clients, ideas, family, hormones, a nervous system that may or may not be available for the plan they made on Monday.

And then their own business gets whatever scraps are left.

So yes, the offer needs to be clear and the marketing needs to happen.
Yes, the sales conversation needs to be invited.

But the real question is:

How do you keep showing up for the business when your brain is like a rogue bouncy ball?

A few things that help:

1. Pick a weekly CEO hour.

One hour where you look at the business from above, instead of from inside the daily scramble.

What are you selling?
What needs your attention?
What would actually move the needle this week?

Choose 3 priorities.

That’s it.

The 22-item list that makes you want to close the laptop... Can wait.

2. Choose the day before the day chooses for you.

Before the inbox, before the client messages, before you suddenly decide your whole brand needs a new font, ask:

What is the one move I need to make today?

A follow-up? Content?
Sometimes it’s finishing the thing you keep almost finishing.

Write it down. Start there.

3. Use body doubling.

I swear, this is magic for the squirrelly-brained business owner.

You get in a room with other people.
You say what you’re working on.
Everyone works.

No performance. No big production. Just a room full of people actually doing the thing.

For some of us, that little bit of shared structure changes everything.

4. Put accountability around the work you keep avoiding.

A mentor, a community, a work room, a place where your business does not keep sliding to the bottom of the pile.

Because doing it alone sounds noble until you realize you’ve been “figuring it out” for six months and still haven’t made the move.

This is why I created The Phoenix Collective.

It gives you a place to come back to.

Body doubling.
Community.
Monthly Q&A.
Monthly workshops.
Resources inside Skool.
A place to work on the business, with support around you.

This might be the networking event of the summer. 🚢✨

The Breakthrough Hub is taking over the Edmonton Riverboat for Breakthrough Summer: Find Your People on the River, and I am very much planning to be there with my dancing shoes on.

This is not your stiff, awkward, name-tag-and-small-talk kind of networking event.

This is for the entrepreneurs, business owners, community builders, connectors, creatives, and big-hearted humans who are ready for better rooms, better conversations, and the kind of connections that actually go somewhere.

A morning on the river.
A boat full of incredible people.
Real conversations.
Summer energy.
Business, but make it fun.

If you’ve been craving more connection, more visibility, more aligned people in your world, and a very good reason to get dressed and get out of your usual orbit, this is it.

DM me RIVERBOAT and I'll send you the deets to get on board. Tickets are going fast! 💨

Come find your people on the river.

I’ll see you there. 💃

Monday morning.

My brain has already launched three new businesses, mentally redecorated my office, remembered an awkward conversation from 2017, planned a vacation, decided to undertake a fall retreat, and reminded myself... for the 37th time... to buy unshelled peanuts to execute on my plan to befriend the local crows.

It's 6:14 a.m.

No actual work has occurred.

This is what happens when I sit down without a plan.

Every idea gets equal voting rights.
Every distraction gets a microphone.
And somehow the loudest voice in the room is always the one suggesting I reorganize something, rather than tackle the project that will actually move the dial.

The difference between a productive week and a chaotic one isn't motivation.

It's having a plan before the squirrels wake up.

If you'd like the system I use to keep my brain pointed in roughly the same direction for more than seven minutes at a time, message me:

PLAN

I'll send it over. 🐿️
