Please join us this Sunday October 20th, as the UofA Mens Rugby Program wraps up our regular season schedule with a double header against the MRU first & second squads. The First XV kick off at 1:00pm at Foote Field (11601 68 Ave). Admission is FREE for all UofA Students & Anyone Under 18. Otherwise admission is $10 cash only at the gate. Parking is available on site in the main foote field lot, or in the 2 government lots across the street from the main lot. We hope to see lots of the rugby community come to be part of an exciting day!

Great numbers for the first practice of the season! next practice is this Wednesday at 5pm, lets rip into it !

the University of Alberta rugby club will begin practices on September 9th. all practices will take place at varsity field from 5-7pm . All skills levels are welcome! hope to see you there!

With a 4-1 record on the weekend, the U of A boys tied for a 5th place finish at the Las Vegas Invitational 7's! One disappointing loss kept us out of the top 4. Huge thanks to coaches Liam Mills and Milan Mrdjenovich for all the time they put into winter practices, travelling and coaching. We couldn't have done this without you.

Shout out to all players involved in our sevens program, those who trained all winter, those who represented us in Moose Jaw and the final team that travelled to Vegas. We showed massive progress as a 7's team this year and will look to carry this momentum into the summer and our fall 15's season.

Shout out to Champs Boxing Studio for putting the boys through a great workout!

The club is running a bottle drive this Sunday February 11th! This will help fund our expensive sevens season and allow the boys to represent the U of A and Edmonton at the 2018 Las Vegas 7's Invitational. We are looking to collect your bottles and cans!

We appreciate any donations and would be happy to collect the bottles right from your door. If you would like to contribute or know of any local businesses who would be interested in donating please send us a Facebook message or text Trevor de Zeeuw at 778-998-6436. If you give us your address and the time of day that works best for you we will do everything else.

Please share with friends to help some young Edmonton Rugby guys fund flights, hotels, rental cars and tournament registration!

The U of A boys finished 3rd at the Moose Jaw Seven’s this weekend! Sevens practices take place on Wednesday’s and Friday’s from 4-5:30 at Foote Field. Now time to prepare for our next tournament in March!
