Today in outdoor training, we will continue with kenjutsu, and Iai.

Tonight in class we will continue with our study of Gyokko Ryu. Even in the shoden gata, the kata give a chance to integrate the skills from the kihon happo.

Tonight in class we will be focusing on Gyokko Ryu Joryaku no Maki.

Today in outdoor class we will be working on Kenjutsu, and perhaps bojutsu.

Tonight in class koshi sanpo and Gyokko Ryu kata if there's time.

Tonight in class we will continue working on integration of the skills from 9th to 5th kyu.
