Hey OTF Fam! To keep our studio safe, clean, and motivating for everyone this summer, here is a quick breakdown of our best practices.
No Phones in the Studio 🚫 | No phones means zero distractions for you or the coach, and ensures everyone’s privacy. Expecting an urgent call? The front desk will gladly watch your phone and grab you if it rings. Otherwise, keep it silenced and in your pocket.
Please Be On Time ⏱️ | Empty spots are given to waitlisted members. Also, arriving late means missing the warm-up, and for safety reasons, we strictly cannot admit anyone more than 5 minutes late—even if you checked in on time.
Practice Mindful Hygiene 🧼 | Warm weather means extra sweat! While deodorant is highly recommended, we respect personal preferences, just be mindful of body odor. Also, please skip the heavy perfumes/colognes, as strong scents trigger migraines for sensitive members.
Fresh Footwear Only 👟 | Please bring a clean, dedicated pair of indoor runners. Outside dirt makes it incredibly tough for our staff to keep the floors, treads, and rowers clean throughout the day.
Always Do Your Best! 💪 | Show up, give it your personal 100%, and we will crush it together!
