Granite Curling Club
As the oldest club in Edmonton, the Granite Curling club hosts approximately 1,000 curlers each week in regular play on 8 sheets of ice.
The Granite Curling Club is Edmonton’s oldest curling club and most prestigious curling club, and one of the oldest in the Province of Alberta. It was founded and incorporated in 1920, and officially opened for curling on December 20, 1920. Incorporation of the Club as a non-profit organization occurred in 1953 under the Societies Act.
