September 22nd to 23rd, 8:30am - 5pm

This course is designed for frontline workers and first responders, and is open to the general public for registration.

Control Concepts Canada specializes in developing and delivering advanced training for Police, Peace Officers, Security, and Military Personnel. Their team includes subject-matter experts with long-standing backgrounds in higher education, martial arts, and control systems. They take pride in creating structured, evidence-based courses that enhance both the safety and effectiveness of officers in the field.

This is an accredited PPCT Threat Pattern Recognition and OC recertification day for Peace Officers in Alberta.

There are two main components to this recertification program:

1) Complete the online course Peace Officer Use-of-Force Legislation, on your own time, at your own pace, accessible 24/7. The online course must be completed on or before July 10th to be eligible to attend this July 11 session.

2) Attend the in-person training/recertification day (includes Use of Force Legislation exam).
