The Wizards are a minor lacrosse club based in North Edmonton, Alberta, fielding male and female box lacrosse teams for U7 to U17 divisions (ages 4-16 years).
The Wizards Lacrosse Club (WLC) is a registered non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to the growth, development, and sustainability of lacrosse in Edmonton and the surrounding communities of Northern Alberta.

Our U15s celebrating at their year end party after a season that was one for the books! 🥍
🥈 Silver Medalists at the Canada Day Tournament! 🥈
What an incredible weekend for our U11 Wizards!
Our team went undefeated all the way to the gold medal game at one of the toughest tournaments to medal in. They battled through every game with heart, determination, and grit before facing Fort St. John in the championship game. While they came up just short, these players have every reason to be proud of bringing home silver.
This group left everything on the floor. They fought for every loose ball, battled through every shift, ran until the final buzzer, and played exceptional lacrosse all weekend long. Their effort, teamwork, resilience, and sportsmanship were on full display from start to finish.
To our players: thank you for representing the Wizards with pride. You showed what hard work, determination, and believing in each other can accomplish. You made your coaches, families, and our entire Wizards community incredibly proud.
Congratulations on an amazing Canada Day Tournament and an unforgettable silver medal finish! Keep your heads high—you’ve accomplished something truly special. 🧡🖤🥍

🔥 Coming into the FINALS game undefeated, the Wizards faced a tough battle. By the third period, they were trailing, but these young athletes didn’t give up! With under 5 minutes left, they tied it up, and in the last 2 minutes, they scored the game-winner! 💪🥍
⚡️The energy in our home arena was unreal!! There was so much excitement!! So much support from family and friends!! This was a massive milestone for these kids, and we can’t wait to see what’s next!
