🥊 Day 3 – Girls’ Muay Thai Skills Summer Camp 💪🔥

Another incredible day of learning, growing, and having fun!

After two action-packed days of training, some of our campers might be feeling a little sore—but that hasn’t slowed them down one bit! Their determination and eagerness to learn have been amazing to watch. They continue to show up with positive attitudes, ready to challenge themselves and improve every day.

Today we continued building strong Muay Thai fundamentals while sharpening technique through drills, partner exercises, and fun activities. The girls focused on improving balance, coordination, footwork, and confidence—both on and off the mats.

It’s inspiring to see them encourage one another, step outside their comfort zones, and celebrate each other’s progress. Every day they become stronger, more disciplined, and more confident.

We’re so proud of the effort, resilience, and teamwork these girls bring to camp. Keep up the awesome work, ladies—we can’t wait to see what Day 4 brings! 👊💙
