Why consistent sanding is crucial

Premium coated abrasive strips give these buffs the flexibility to deburr, round edges, and finely grind contoured parts with more aggression than a non-woven abrasive airway. Combines the fast cut of coated abrasives with the flexibility of a buffing wheel!

Especially useful for:

- Removing paint, tar, adhesives, silicone, and other surface contaminants
- Removing Durabrite/Accushield coatings
- Grinding down areas inaccessible to conventional sanding tools (drive wheel water channel, diamond playing, step grating, welds, cast aluminum, etc.)

Finish at roughly 1.5x the grit used on the belt, available in 5", 10", and 12" diameters in 120, 180, and 320 grit. Sanding grease highly recommended to reduce the aggression of the finish and extend the lifespan of these buffing wheels.

We recommend following with flat sanding or softening with a non-woven abrasive buff prior to cut polishing, where possible.

Caution: please use with safety gear including a respirator, face shield/safety goggles, and sleeves/gloves. Strips can be shorn from the buff and can be sent flying!
