Our Calgary office came alive last Friday with our annual Summer Patio Mixer at Craft Beer Market! Organized by the amazing Debbie and Carmen, the event was an absolute blast — delicious food, refreshing drinks, and great company all under the warm summer sun. It was the perfect excuse to step away from our desks and catch up with the people we work with every day.

Join us in congratulating Mike Saunders and Brodie Davis on completing Ride Through the Rockies this past weekend with Team Qualico! Over three days, the team covered more than 300 km in support of an amazing cause.

Ride Through the Rockies has now raised an incredible $447,892.00 for Habitat for Humanity – with donations still coming in!

It’s inspiring to see what riders, volunteers, sponsors, donors, and supporters can accomplish when they come together to make a difference.

Exciting things are happening in northeast Calgary!

Redstone Market Square is taking shape and it’s filling up fast. Already 75% leased, this neighbourhood shopping centre will be anchored by No Frills, Shoppers Drug Mart, and a fully leased multi-disciplinary medical building. Members of our Winnipeg team were proud to take part in Habitat for Humanity Manitoba’s 17th annual Women Build Holes for Homes Golf Tournament last week.

Qualico served as presenting sponsor, while Qualico Properties sponsored the putting challenge. Funds raised through the tournament will support the construction of the 23rd Women Build-sponsored home in Winnipeg.

Another member of the team is Riding Through the Rockies this year! While you may know him for his basket ball game, cycling has quickly become a new passion for Brodie Davis. This year, he completed his first half Ironman, and over the last two years he has also competed in multiple cycling races as he continues to push his endurance and commitment to the sport. We can't wait to see him tackle this next challenge all while supporting an incredible cause.
