Sensei Tony Nascimento has been practicing Uechi-ryu Karate for 43 years.

When not in the dojo he is practicing at home.

His message to all students of all martial arts is -

“Perseverance, keeping an open mind, knowing that all bodies are not created equal and try to adapt your strengths and physical weaknesses.

Practicing Uechi ryu has helped me through many of life’s ups and downs and it keeps me focused and confident in many things that I do”.
