What makes a single attack unstoppable?
Coach Kheyrollah Ghahremani breaks down four key details that can turn an ordinary shot into a high-percentage takedown:
- Perfect Timing: Attack the exact moment your opponent takes a step or is forced out of position.
- Level Change: Drop your level before you shoot.
- Deep Step: A deep pe*******on step makes the finish much easier.
- Angle Cutting: Cut the angle immediately to eliminate your opponent's power and get out of their sprawl.
Sometimes a successful attack isn't about strength. It's about mastering the details.

Technique:
Whip Over from Front Headlock
Coach, Kheyrollah Ghahremani shares a simple but effective counter when an opponent attacks with an arm drag from the front headlock position.
The Reaction: Anticipate the arm drag.
The Counter: Pull their elbow in tightly to eliminate their leverage.
The Finish: Block the knee and immediately drive them toward their unposted side.
Small details. Big results.

از شارشنبکوف تا ماگومد رمضانوف؛ خوبهای زیادی به اولانباتور نمیآیند
هرچند مدعیان زیادی از مسابقه رنکینگ مغولستان استقبال نکردند اما دوباره کشتی با یک مسابقه دیگر و اینبار در اولانباتور به جریان خواهد افتاد.
در لیست اولیه کشتی فرنگی، رضا کایالپ عنواندارترین کشتیگیر بود اما او هم مثل غلامرضا فرخی قهرمان سال 2025 وزن 82 کیلوگرم جهان جایی در لیست نهایی ندارد.
کایالپ بعد از رکوردشکنی در قهرمانی اروپا احتمالا ترجیح داده به رنکینگ آخرِ در بوداپست برود که قطعا کشتیگیران بهتری در مقایسه با رنک مغولستان از آن استقبال خواهند کرد.
ژولمان شارشنبکوف که در قهرمانی جهان 2025 حضور نداشت، اما بار دیگر از رنکینگ مغولستان استارت میزند.
پیام احمدیِ نایبقهرمان جهان و دو نفر سوم جهان (محمدمهدی کشتکار و محمدجواد رضایی) هم در لیست ایران حضور دارند.
در کشتی آزاد اوضاع کمی بهتر است و البته بازگشت ماگومد رمضانوف به مسابقه مهمترین اتفاق رنکینگ مغولستان خواهد بود.
قهرمان المپیک 2024 پاریس که به خاطر جراحی به جهانی 2025 نیامد، از این تورنمنت برای قهرمانی جهانِ 2026 استارت میزند.
موسی مهدیخانوف روس در 57 کیلو، زاندانبود مغول در 61 کیلو، رحمان عموزاد، شمیل ممدوف روسیتبار تیم ملی بلغارستان و سوجیت هندی در 65 کیلو، تولگا تومور اوچیر مغولستانی در 70 کیلو، جایدیپ هندی در 74 کیلو، اسماعیل خانییف روس در 79 کیلو، ماگومد رمضانوف از بلغارستان و محمد نخودی از ایران در 86 کیلو، عظمت دولتبیکوف قزاق در 92 کیلو و محمدطاهر خانییف روس در 97 کیلو هم از جمله دیگر نفرات نسبتا شاخص حاضر در این رقابت هستند.
کادرفنی ایران نخودی را در 86 کیلوگرم روی تشک میفرستند. رقابت عموزاد با شمیل ممدوف و سوجیت حتما جذاب از کار درخواهد آمد.
