On day 1 of a ten day trip in Northern Alberta I broke a steering collar on my Terrova. Messaged Trevor late on Saturday night of a long weekend and to my surprise got an immediate response. He ran into the shop first thing Sunday morning to get a replacement part and I had my trolling motor back up and running that evening.
