While our 2026 tennis season has come to an early end for construction, the fun isn’t over yet! 🏐 Beach volleyball is still open, so come enjoy the sunshine, get a game in, and make the most of the rest of summer at Garneau.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this tennis season so special. We can’t wait to welcome you back next year to our brand-new Har Tru courts! 💚

As we prepare to say goodbye to our current courts, we invite all members—past and present—to join us for a special celebration and one final group photo on the courts.

Tennis or Movie Night or Both!? 🎾

On July 11th the Metro Cinema is playing Challengers followed by a social hour at Garneau Tennis Club! If you’ve already seen the movie.. join us at Tennis After Dark until the meet up!

Tennis after Dark brings the vibe of your favourite evening out to the tennis court. You can expect:

Competitive and social coach-feed games.
Complimentary drinks and snacks.
Music that gets you moving on the court and keeps your energy up.
Affordable craft beer and non-alcoholic beverages for sale courtesy of Campio Brewing.
Time to meet new people and make new friends.
A fun evening of tennis, food, and drink
Arrive for 7pm, and the first two hours will feature tennis games both for fun and with friendly competition.

From 9-10pm, the group attending Challengers at Metro Cinema will meet us for drink and some more hitting!

Cost is $5 for members and $10 for guests – to cover our costs – and this is open to all levels of players.

All proceeds from ticket sales go toward Garneau’s tennis court replacement project.

🎾 Four-Day Tennis Camps = Pure Tennis Fun! 🎾
Get ready for an action-packed week where kids focus 100% on tennis — building skills, smashing rallies, and having a blast on our amazing clay courts!
Each session includes:
• 🔥 Forehands, backhands, volleys & epic rallies
• 🎯 Serves + smart strategy for singles & doubles
• 🥤 Water/snack breaks halfway to keep the energy high
New players will master the basics — strokes, court positioning, and rules.
Returning players will level up their groundstrokes, accuracy, consistency, and game smarts.
Ages 5–9 & 10–14 👦👧
Kids are grouped by age and ability so everyone gets the perfect challenge and tons of improvement.

Back by popular demand… we’re bringing the chaos back to the sand this Canada Day with a COED 4's beach volleyball tournament! This is our annual fundraiser for the renovation of our tennis courts happening this August!

This year’s theme: Special Holidays & Events 🎉
Come dressed as your favourite day of the year or iconic celebration — think Oktoberfest, Christmas, New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, Easter, or anything festive, weird, and creative. The more over-the-top, the better.

Expect the same wild energy as last year’s Eurovision beach event — with a format that’s just as chaotic, social, and ridiculously fun. We’re mixing things up again with unique rotations, unexpected matchups, and creative twists on traditional beach volleyball. No two games will feel the same.

We’ll keep you fueled all day with lunch from Co Do Hue, drinks, and snacks provided, so you can focus on what really matters: great plays, great costumes, and great vibes. Also our new partners Sea Change Brewery will be there doing tastings for part of the day!
