Front kicks serve a purpose.

But kicking with the toes also serves a purpose.

Pro and con for both. You see both in muay thai and karate.

Here I quickly show the benefits and reactions of a toe kick.

I'm not always doing it in this clip, but ssing L steps, V steps, triangle steps and bounces to slip and move the head.

Striking often is moving one part or two or even three parts of the body with another.

And usually its moving something attached to the feet.

I'm a big guy so I wanted someone else to demo twinkle toes type stuff, but no one else was around.
