There are many amazing instructors in the world and countless fierce competitors. BUT not many can do both.

We are very proud of Professor Logan for stepping on the mats, being brave, representing himself so well as always…. On top of it all, he performed amazingly and brought home a great win.

Way to go Logan and it was unreal to see how
many people came to the watch party to support.

September 5–7 – LABOUR DAY WEEKEND - CLOSED

September 12 – Comp Classes Start at 10:15 AM

September 12 – Roll-a-Thon from 12p-12a (All classes running as scheduled)

September 19 – Kids’ Belt Test at 9:00 AM

We have an absolutely amazing team and family at Gracie Barra Edmonton. We have so many fun events, moments, memories together and these could not be possible without our great team that help lead the way.

We wanted to take a moment to thank our staff for being so fantastic and making the school a wonderful place to be.

This Saturday, August 29, our very own Professor Logan Ross will be stepping onto the mats to compete at RollX Super Fight in Calgary!

We’re incredibly proud to have Logan representing GB and can’t wait to see him put his skills, experience, and hard work on display.

Not saying Jiu Jitsu is magic... but we're also not not saying that.

Part 2/2
Well, the City shut down our pool party, 40 minutes before start time due to another severe thunderstorm warning, and we had to pivot very quickly.

In the true spirit of Jiu Jitsu everyone that was already on their way flowed with the situation, overcame an obstacle and found success where it was available.

We found a grill & propane, put up volleyball net, set up soccer game, we eat, laughed, got very sweaty and even played some dodge ball with a few still in their swimsuits.

Huge thanks to Brook's NOFRILLS for the food that fed so many happy people today.

Of course, we couldn’t do it without our staff and all the helping hands that stepped up to set up and also take down at the end of the night, thank you!

When you surround yourself with great people, great things happen.

For those of you that missed us due to the cancellation, don't worry! We will be looking to reschedule for a better day, stay tuned on WhatsApp for updates.
