Join for us another round of intro pole!

Every Sunday from July 12 to August 02 at 2:00pm

This 4-week introductory series is intended for individuals with no prior pole experience.

In this series, students will be introduced to the very basics of Beginner Level pole. This class is a great way for students to test out a pole series at a relatively low cost, helping lower the barrier to entry for pole.

Students who have completed this series will then enroll in the regular Beginner pole stream on Sunday or Wednesday to continue to build their knowledge/skillbase.

Cost: $55+gst for the full 4 weeks

Open to all ages (18+), genders, and abilities.

Series is the final sale. Due to the promotional nature of this series, no refunds or class credits will be offered.

Summer months mean fewer classes and more availability for individual practice.

Studio Pass or hourly rentals are perfect for experienced students looking to train for competition, work on choreo, or work through online classes.

Studio Use is also available for non-pole users like dancers, or burlesque performers looking for a solo training space with mirrors.

We have a limited number of studio passes available from May - Aug.

1-month pass - self serve booking for up to 6hours per month

Join for pole heels conditioning drop-in classes.

This is a higher beginner to intermediate level conditioning class in heels or socks. Students will be guided through various sequences and movements that will help develop control and co-ordination for pole choreo. This class has an emphasis on improving lines, weight transfers, slides, glides and other foundational skills for complex pole choreo.

knee pads and heels recommended.

Must be comfortable with split grip, and basic beginner pole spins.
