At the beginning of this challenge I was able to complete 11 laps (22 lengths). My last trip to the pool I managed 20 laps (40 lengths)!!

So I plan to continue my trips to the pool throughout the winter. Gaining the strength and cardio for the 2026 Dragon Boat season. 😁
