What could *30 minutes a day, for 30 days*, actually change?
Itâs a simple question, but itâs the one this whole challenge is built around.
I think one of the biggest things standing between people and a consistent yoga practice is pretty simple: TIME.
We tell ourselves weâll practice when we have more of it. When life settles down. When our schedule changes. When we can finally make it to the studio consistently.
But what if we made yoga fit into our lives instead?
Thatâs one of my favorite things about Awaken Your Wellness.
đż Just 30 minutes a day ONLINE.
đż No commute to the studio.
đż No looking for parking.
đż No worrying about what youâre wearing.
đż No camera required.
đż Join right from your phone.
đż Practice wherever you are.
Simply find a little space, roll out your mat, show up and allow the benefits to be exprienced over the 30 days. Its hard to say exactly what YOUR benefits will be, maybe its patience, mobility, presence, strength... The only way to know is to show up.
And if the live-stream time doesnât work that day? You havenât missed your opportunity. Use the recording and practice when it works for YOU.
Because consistency doesnât have to mean making your life more complicated. Maybe it starts by making your practice simpler.
Thirty minutes.
One day at a time.
For 30 days.
Keep it simple. Bring your practice with you. And give yourself the opportunity to discover what consistency can actually change.
Swipe through to explore some of the benefits, then tell me: Which one are you most excited to experience?

What could change if you committed to yoga every morning for 30 or 40 days? đż
Not because you *have* to.
Not to create a perfect streak.
But because youâre curious about what might happen when you consistently make space for yourself.
This September, weâre beginning two different journeys at Yogi Institute:
⨠Awaken Your Wellness â a 30-day morning commitment at 6:15 AM (M-F) & 9 AM Saturday & 8 AM Sunday featuring a variety of yoga practices.
âď¸ Awaken to Joy â a 40-day journey at 7 AM (M-F) & 8 AM (S-S) for those feeling called toward a deeper Kundalini experience.
SoâŚwhich one is right for you?
Our newest blog explores the benefits of a 30- or 40-day yoga commitment, the pros and cons of each challenge, and some questions to help you decide.
Because there isnât one âbetterâ choice.
Thereâs the choice that meets you where you are right now.

Iâve been thinking about what almost 500 online yoga classes can teach a person.
Not only about filming.
Not only about being comfortable on camera.
Not only about the internet.
More about patience.
Purpose.
Sustainability.
Trust.
And the quiet discipline of building something before you know how it will be received.
For yoga teachers, YouTube can be confusing because people often describe it as a growth tool.
Post consistently.
Find the right keywords.
Use better thumbnails.
Wait for the algorithm.
Those pieces matter, but they donât tell the whole story.
YouTube can become a meaningful part of a teaching career, but it is not always fast, easy, or emotionally simple.
It can help you create a practice library.
It can help students discover your teaching through search.
It can build trust over time.
It can clarify your voice.
It can serve people long after you publish a class.
It can also feel slow, vulnerable, energetically demanding, and uncertain.
So the real question may not be, âShould I be on YouTube?â
Maybe itâs:
What am I building?
Who am I serving?
What season of my teaching career am I in?
Do I have the capacity for the long game?
And does this platform align with the way I want to teach and live?
We shared a new blog on this deeper side of teaching yoga on YouTube, written for teachers who are considering it, struggling with it, or trying to understand how it fits into a sustainable career.
