Great ride today at Lac Ste Anne! 50 or so riders, three different distances, and a bbq at the end.

Hey EBTC members! You still have time to sign up for the 1st Annual Lac Ste Anne rides and bbq! If you've never cycled Lac Ste Anne, you are in for a beautiful ride (plus food at the end). It's going to be fantastic! Check the Newsletter (should be in your inbox), or the club Calendar (https://bikeclub.ca/calendar-of-events/) and sign up for one of three distances (70 km; 50 km; 26 km) or just come for the food. See you there on Sunday, August 30.

The forecast said risk of showers. That shower, complete with thunder, followed us for quite some time. Nonetheless, it was a light rain and it stopped somewhat before we got to Hastings Lake Garden. We dried out, had coffee rather than cold drinks and a very pleasant time as things dried out a bit before the return to South Cooking Lake in glorious sunshine.
It's a new favourite route that some of us have ridden more than once this season.
Next week we have a BBQ with multiple ride distances: 70 km, 50, 26 and zero. Check the calendar and sign up!

Perfect weather and a great bunch of comrades.

Love this, courtesy of ride leader extraordinaire, Liz. Thanks to all who lead (or sweep), and to all who come along for the ride! EBTC wouldn’t exist without you.

Well, after getting rained out a couple weeks ago, today we had a great ride from Red Deer to Innisfail. A little hazy with a bit of heat and humidity.
We'll do it again next year so you can join us.
