Here’s A Detailed Post About Our New Gen 5 Dumbbell Handles:

We have come up with an all new manufacturing process to streamline production and maintain a higher quality for our customers!

1: Knurling has been a big topic so we completely revisited it. It’s now a much finer knurl but different from many other companies in the way that it’s a full/completed knurl. We know that the craze is focused around a “volcano knurl” at the moment but in manufacturing it is actually just a incomplete one to save equipment. Our knurl now feels much better in your hand under high weight load while also not being able to dig into your hand. It is perfect for use with bare hands, chalk, or even gloves and we believe is truly the best knurl in the industry!

2: All handles are now TIG welded together to ensure the strongest possible connection from handle to the threaded ends, as well as a new internal design that allows for greater strength throughout the whole handle.

3: The center band has been revised and is now able to be brought up to a higher polished finish and has been slightly widened for better hand feel.

4: Each end of the dumbbell handle as well as the knurling has been brought to a much higher finish due to our investment in higher quality materials and refining to our Cnc machining process.

We are also experimenting currently with releasing a new colour option for the handles in the next week or so that we hope everyone will like, so stay tuned!

Gen 5 handles have arrived in full force with daily consistent batches. All pending orders will be fulfilled within the next few days as well as new ones. Response has been amazing on the new handles and thank you all for the continued support!
