weighed in at the June for at 194lbs and today he is weighing 232lbs and looking amazing!! 👌 Hats off to you bro!

Huge shout out to my oldest son .lifts09 James started training with me and learning out to pose at an early age, and now he's 16 yrs old. He has learned that hard work and consistency are key to creating the body and mind you want.
