Congratulations to our HAC members, Paul Denslow, Debbie Colgrave, and Lorna Doorman on successfully completing the ISUZU IRONMAN 70.3 Durban!

Completing a 1.9km swim, 90km cycle, and 21.1km run is an extraordinary achievement that reflects dedication, resilience, and determination.

A special congratulations to Lorna Doorman on her outstanding performance, finishing as the 2nd Female Overall and recording the Fastest Female Run Split of the day. Lorna covered the 21.09km run leg in an impressive 1 hour 28 minutes at a blistering pace of 4:11 per kilometre.

What a phenomenal achievement and a proud moment for HAC! We are incredibly proud of all three athletes for representing the club with distinction and inspiring us through their hard work and commitment.

Not only did she complete this prestigious international marathon, but she also won her age category, taking first place in the Women's 70+ age group 🏆

📢 HAC SPCA Orange Grove Run – Medal Collection Notice 📢

Good morning everyone.
We are pleased to advise that medals are now available for collection.

📍 Collection Venue: Highlands Sports Club
🗓 Collection Times:
• Thursday: 9:00 a.m.– 4:00 p.m.
• Friday: 9:00 a.m.–1:00
p.m.

Please note that the Highlands Sports Club office will not be open over the weekend, so these are the only collection times available at the venue.

After Friday, collections will be arranged directly through Val on +263 772441144 or from Old Georgians Sports Club once suitable arrangements have been made. Participants are kindly requested to communicate directly to arrange alternative collection times if needed.

We sincerely apologise for the delay and thank you all for your patience and understanding.

⚠️ Important: Please bring proof of entry or participation when collecting your medal.
