Emakhandeni Tennis Club

Today Sunday the 28th we just finished the Emakhandeni beginners Tennis tournament ,with clubs like Tshabalala ,Cowdry Park and Njube.We created this platform to allow beginners to compete amongst them selves .Some kids were so happy to receive their first ever medal , through research and development we discovered that some kids quit the sport when they compete with top players ,they are discouraged and they arey are not given a fair competition due to the uneven level field of play .

Two Products of Emakhandeni Tennis court were selected to seniors National Duty ,Davis cup .We cannot stop celebrating this achievement , imagine players from the getto playing in dilapidated courts without financial assistance but they remined focused on their dream .

Congratulations to Zamani Moyo for graduating ,as a club we are proud of his achievement,Zamani is a product of Emakhandeni Tennis club who went to USA on a Tennis schoolaship ,We celebrate his achievement and wish him the best in his future endeavors .A very talented young man who worked extremely hard to achieve this goal.

Sports coaches affair .

Our very own protégé Passion Chigumira achieved a commendable 2nd position, demonstrating her dedication and perseverance in the NAPH tennis tournament

We are pleased to announce that the Emakhandeni tennis club development program has yielded positive results within just 3 years of it being first implemented.

Two of our boys participated in the NAPH national tennis tournament, where they demonstrated exceptional skill and sportsmanship namely Sibusiso Sibanda and Mzwakhe Mpabanga.

They secured an impressive 1st position, showcasing their talent and teamwork

Mzwakhe Mpabanga was awarded the Most Valuable Player (MVP) for Bulawayo province, a testament to his exceptional performance and leadership

Mzwakhe Mpabanga and Sibusiso Sibanda have been selected to represent Zimbabwe at the upcoming Cossasa competitions, a fantastic opportunity for them to excel at a higher level.

We are incredibly proud of our Players achievements and look forward to their continued success in future tournaments.
