The Transition League will run from September to December. It will consist of two streams of which each stream will have 10 teams. The top two from each stream will qualify for Playoffs.

Winner for stream A vs Winner for stream B, to determine the FIRST 🥇 and SECOND 🥈 positions.
Second place for stream A vs Second place for stream B, to determine the THIRD 🥉 and FOURTH place.
