This Saturday is COMP DAY and its important to remember that while these competitions are a great way the community to have fun and climb together, they are a KEY PART of the teams training for the nationals in SOUTH AFRICA in September.

This year we are looking to up our game and so in addition to the support from we will be dropping stash to support the gym and raise money for accommodation / logistics and entry fees for the nationals.

We are starting with T-SHIRTS and there are limited numbers on first run so pop into the gym to climb, spectate and purchase yours!

More to come (with different gear releases planned as well) so follow us to stay in the loop.

Join us THIS SATURDAY at the gym for our ROCK CLIMBING OPEN COMP.

This is a great way to test yourself, see what the sport is all about as well as see some of the best climbers in Zambia in action as they prepare to travel to South Africa for the NATIONALS... and if you perform well it could you be YOU travelling to compete!

As an open comp anyone can enter so just come along to the gym at 10:00 and best of all IT'S FREE TO ENTER

Spectators WELCOME so bring friends and supporters too!
