The Zambia Hockey team has safely returned home after a successful International Friendly Series in Blantyre, Malawi.

The tour provided valuable match experience, strengthened team chemistry, and offered an opportunity to test ourselves against quality opposition. Every game was a step towards becoming a better team.

A heartfelt thank you to the Hockey Association of Malawi, the players, coaches, officials, and everyone who supported the team throughout the series.

The journey doesn't end here it's back to work as we continue building for the future of Zambian hockey. 💪🇿🇲

🚨 THE UPSET OF THE SEASON SO FAR!

SPRINGFIELD 4–4 LUSAKA TIGERS (MEN)

The league leaders were expected to continue their charge, but Lusaka Tigers had other plans!

The Tigers produced arguably the shock of the season so far, holding the unbeaten Springfield Men to a thrilling 4–4 draw.

This result sends a serious warning to the rest of the league they are here to compete!

😱 ZAMBEZI DID IT AGAIN!

HOTSPURS 7–7 ZAMBEZI (MEN)

Zambezi have done it AGAIN!

After holding Springfield to a draw on Match Day 5, Zambezi returned in Week 6 to hold another title contender, Hotspurs, to a thrilling 7–7 draw.

Two consecutive draws against two of the league's biggest contenders!

Zambezi have become the team changing the shape of the table. 👀

👑 SPRINGFIELD LADIES KEEP DOING WHAT THEY DO!

SPRINGFIELD 2–0 HOTSPURS QUEENS

Since Match Day 1, Springfield Ladies have been doing one thing — winning!

Two more goals against Hotspurs Queens secured another crucial victory and kept Springfield firmly at the top. Springfield now move 3 points clear at the summit.

LUSAKA TIGERS 8–3 LUSAKA SHARKS (WOMEN)

Down by two goals, Lusaka Tigers Ladies refused to panic.

Instead, they turned the game around in spectacular fashion, producing a convincing 8–3 comeback victory over Lusaka Sharks.

The result once again shows why the Tigers remain serious contenders for the league title.

Six match days down. The table is taking shape, the contenders are showing their strength, and the surprises keep coming!
