ECL Shopping Mall Nutri-fitness Club Highlight Defined Style Health and Fitness Zambia

2019 12th March is the day we started at ECL Shopping Mall mall as Nutri-fitness Club. Before that we were doing it from Ndeke Village and when the numbers grew, we moved to ECL shopping mall. We used to meet for free every Saturday at the Open space car park. After some time, we started daily except Sunday. We had Zoca and Aerobics with coaches Manchocho, Coach Lulu, Coach Mildren and then later had Ika.

We were later on joined by Steve Tiger and the history of Nutri-fitness Club cannot be complete without him. We have called CKC Chenda Chilufya many times, once we had the fitness cyborg and motivator Makungo on a Friday night to exercise with us.

It has been 5 years since and we continue doing it, we are in it for making a difference in people's lives through exercise, not for money.

We have many testimonies of how Nutri-fitness has transformed lives through exercise.

NUTRI-FITNESS CLUB is here to stay.
