First session of 2023/24 Athletics Season. Second session tomorrow at 8 at Riverview Primary school. Every session is for 1 hour 🔥

Breede Valley Athletics Academy is finally starting with their Athletics training!!
We are starting on Monday, 03 July 2023.

We specialize in the following:
• Sprints
• Hurdles (short distance & long distance)
• High Jump
• Long Jump
• Tripple Jump
And also Multi events.

Congrats to all the athletes that participated yesterday in Mosselbay ( Zhandre Hattingh), Bonnivale (High Schools) and Worcester * Zone C Primary Schools). Super Proud of all of you. Good luck for next week Worc Primary Schools Champs.

Athletes on holiday but everyone has there individual training programme. Training Camp Starts on 10 Jan at Worcester Gymnasium. Time is 05:00am. If you are serious aboit Sprints, Hurdles, Long-, High and Triple Jump come Join us. We will have 3 sessions per day for the weej. Friday 14 Jan 2022 we will have only 2 sessions. See you on the 10th
