“I’m not fit enough for a challenge.”

We hear this every single time, so let’s clear it up. 👉

You set the level. Every session has modifications and your coaches talk you through them as you go, so you dial it up or down depending on the day you’re having. Train at home with a few dumbbells, or take the whole thing into the gym. Both work.

You set the pace. Nothing is live, so there’s no class to be late for and nothing to miss. Every session waits on your planner page until you’re ready. And it’s three sessions a week, not six, because it’s built to fit around a real life.

Nadine’s Friday sessions are low impact by design. Meka’s Wednesdays have a modification for every movement. My Mondays start with Groundwork for a reason.

Meet Nadine. 🌿

She’s taking Fridays on Triple Threat, and she’s the reason this challenge works for people who thought it wouldn’t.

Slow Burn. Deep Roots. Steady Fire. The Long Game.

Low impact strength and core work that’s kind to your body and still asks a lot of you.

Nadine was a professional dancer before she moved into fitness full-time. Barre, Pilates, rhythm cycling.
She knows more about how bodies actually move than almost anyone we’ve trained with.

And to be clear: low impact does not mean easy. You’ll see.
