MUDAGASI vs ELNASIRI — ABANDONED MATCH RULING*

Following the incident during the *BUDA REX TOP 48 Final*, where the match was abandoned with *Mudagasi* leading and about to take a decisive final penalty, the MUFAA Disciplinary Committee has reviewed the matter.

*OFFICIAL RULING:*
1. *Elnasiri abandoned the match* before its natural conclusion.
2. As per MUFAA tournament rules, abandonment by a team results in forfeiture.
3. *Mudagasi are therefore declared Champions of the BUDA REX TOP 48.*

*P.R.O’s POSITION:*
Football is decided on the field for 90 minutes, not by walkouts. We understand emotions run high, but discipline is non-negotiable. Both teams will receive written reports from the DC.

*To Elnasiri:* Your grievances must follow the correct appeal process. Abandonment hurts your own players and the game.
*To Mudagasi:* Congratulations on the title. Defend it with the same discipline that won it.

*To Supporters:* We build kasi football on respect. No insults, no threats. *Simunye* means we fix problems, not create new ones.
