✨30 YEARS OF POWERLIFTING ON PEI!✨

Three decades ago, this organization was built by a small group of dedicated individuals who believed in strength — not just physical strength, but the strength of community, discipline, and opportunity. What began as a grassroots effort has grown into a proud and resilient association that continues to support lifters at every level.
Over the years, we’ve seen incredible achievements — records broken, athletes representing our province on national stages, and most importantly, countless individuals discovering confidence and belonging through this sport.
But our greatest strength has always been our people — our athletes, coaches, volunteers, officials, and supporters. Your commitment is what has sustained this organization for 30 years and will carry it forward into the future.
As we celebrate this milestone, we also look ahead — to continuing to grow the sport, to fostering safe and supportive environments, and to inspiring the next generation of lifters here on Prince Edward Island.
Thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey.
