Over the years we have been steadily building our culture. Each day our members help us to reinforce our values and beliefs. Which has lead to Ballistix becoming a space that not only offers a place to train, but also a space that strives to just be good.
“Stay humble. Stay hungry” - one of core values. It means: We can always learn more, we can always do more. That even when we have reached out goals we should continue to push the envelop on our growth and our knowledge. That we should welcome constructive criticism and not fear it.
And so on that note

A lot of things unfold in the mind-body connection when we warm-up. And our performqance can be greatly impacted if we do not warm up correctly. That being said - move with as much intention as possible during your warm up. The better you perform your warm-up the better you will perform in your lift or workout.
