AI can give you information, tips and ideas… but it can’t get in the pool with you. 😅

Swimming is a physical skill. A qualified swim coach can:
🏊‍♂️ Physically guide movement
👀 See and correct technique in real time
🛟 Apply water-safety skills
❤️ Provide physical care when needed
📈 Progress lessons according to the swimmer’s ability

AI can be a helpful tool. But it can’t replace a human swim coach.
Especially when it comes to learning a skill that can save your life.

🚤 Before you board, buckle up!
Coach Ed’s rule is simple: if you’re getting on a boat, you wear your life jacket first — no exceptions. 🛟
In South Africa, that means choosing a SABS/SANS-approved life jacket (look for the SABS or SANS 12402 mark, reflective tape, sturdy buckles, and a crotch strap). It’s not just about floating; it’s about floating in the right position if something goes wrong.
At Sharkz Aquatics, we teach water confidence in the pool — but on open water, the right gear does the heavy lifting. Make it a family habit:
✅ Check the SABS/SANS label
✅ Fit it properly before launch
✅ Set the example for the kids

Your stroke doesn’t have to look like an Olympic swimmer’s. And that’s completely OK! 🏊‍♂️
