Pilates with Laura-May I am a BASI qualified, master mat (2007) and principal trainer at "Pilates with Laura-May". I have a passion for Pilates and an even greater passion for people!

I love giving others a greater sense of themselves and looking deeper within themselves to heal and restore and be the best version of themselves. Every class with me is unique and an opportunity to learn more about your body and what it can do. We work hard, but we have a great time too ❤️

All proceeds from the event go to Hospice.
