Event #231 26.09.2026 Paws & Me. What a colourful sight met my eyes today on arrival at SSPR. All the milestone flags neatly positioned and the colourfully clad parkrunners rearing to go! Truly a beautiful parkrun day. Thank you to the amazing volunteers who make the event happen each week and for the participants who bring the good vibes. Such a coincidence to have a dog show taking place adjacent to our start!
The route is really looking good! Ideal for a fast run but also suitable for those seeking a flat course with level footing. The shady trees are most welcome between the loops! The veld flowers are in bloom after the recents rains adding a lovely splash of colour. You are invited to join us next Saturday @ 8 to see for yourself.

The grass and trees are green giving the event a beautiful fresh look!! Thank you to everyone involved and congratulations to all the milestone achievers!
