What a special way to celebrate Women’s Day. 💜🥋

A huge thank you to every woman who joined us on the mat for our Women’s Day Judo session, and a special shoutout to Sensei Micheala Whitbooi and Sensei Matthew Chase for leading such an empowering class.

It was a morning filled with learning, confidence, laughter and community.
