A year ago, most of the conversation around GWM had settled on one thing: where the cars were made. For a lot of people, that was the whole verdict, reached before they'd looked any closer.
A year later, the question changed completely. Getting there had very little to do with advertising harder and a lot to do with understanding people first. We've written up what that shift taught us about how brands actually earn their place.
