Development Interaction/Intervention and Service-
Learning programs in a safe and supportive environment, encouraging youth to become active and productive members of their families, schools,
and communities. We are committed to excellence in all that we do and are seeking a talented Administration Officer to join our team

*Key Responsibilities* :

• Manage and organize office documents, files and records
• ⁠Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
• ⁠Assist with basic financial tasks , such as expense tracking and invoice processing

*Qualifications* :

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word , Excel , Outlook , Powerpoint )
• ⁠Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• ⁠High school diploma or equivalent
• ⁠Proven experience in an administration role will be an advantage
