Happy Father’s Day dada
Dada, I don’t say it enough, but I see you. I see the way you show up every single day, even when you’re tired. I see the strength in how you carry us, and the kindness in the little things you do that you think no one notices.
You’ve taught me what it means to be steady. To work hard without complaining too much, okay, maybe a little complaining 😄 and to find joy anyway. I grew up listening to you sing, and to this day I think you’ve got the best voice in any room. That’s the soundtrack of my childhood.
I love your laugh, I love your stories, and I love you in general. You’re one of a kind, Dada. Cool, strong, and solid.
Thank you for being the man I’m proud to call my dad. I hope today you get to rest, be celebrated, and feel how loved you are.
No errands, no favors, no calls asking for help, just peace, your favorite food, and maybe a song or two. You’ve earned it a thousand times over.
