On Saturday 108 karate ka completed the 100 kata challenge in the park. Well done to everyone that took on this significant challenge. There's no hiding from yourself. Oss!!

Today 116 karate ka take on this individual challenge in the park, all ages, all levels. It will be a personal journey and during this significant challenge we will have many conversations with ourselves. Spectators are welcome. Oss!!

On Saturday we will have a 100+ karate ka attempting to do their chosen kata 100 times. This is an individual challenge and reminds us that karate is not about being better than other people but being better than you were yesterday. During this substantial challenge one will have conversations with yourself. Self discipline is learnt through habits. At the end of the day it will mean over 10 000 kata’s in the park. Spectators welcome. Oss!!

Five karateka, including their Sensei, will represent South Afrika at the second JKA Indo Pacific Cup.
