First pole class? Here’s what to wear (and what to skip)

Wear: sports bras, short shorts, or pole activewear. You need bare skin touching the pole to grip properly, so the more skin showing, the better your grip while you climb, spin, and invert.

Skip: body oil and lotion on class day. We know, we know, silky soft skin is the dream, but slippery skin is the last thing you want mid spin. Save the pampering for after class.

Also skip: jewelry. Rings, chains, bracelets, all of it can scratch the pole and even nick your skin when you grip. Leave it at home or pop it in your bag.

New to pole? You’re going to do amazing. Come as you are, go at your own pace, and know you’re in a room full of women cheering you on, not judging you. That’s what we’re here for.

We’re diving deep - anatomy, fundamentals, class structure, spotting, language and levels - covering Beginner 1, Level 2 and Intermediate 1. You’ll finish this course actually ready to lead a room.
