Some of our Comrades finishers at RAC aches and pains party. Pity we organised this on a busy running weekend. Was great to spend the time together and share some war stories from the Comrades last month.

Another podium finish for RAC this weekend. Frans Ramokgopa won the 70+ category at the Vitality series race on Saturday beating the Guy behind him. 😁👏🙌Well done Frans! Awesome result.

For those who don't know, Victor is close to 70 years of age and missed a Comrades Bill Rowan by minutes this year.
