Everything in business needs to be done with speed. This does not mean cheap or bad quality, but rather that things are done effectively and efficiently.

You see, the key to business, and life, is to make sure you're always moving forward, as quickly as possible, whilst still maintaining quality. Being slow is detrimental to your business. The slower you execute, the longer you take to earn. A rocket that loses speed won't reach its destination.

So, reply to those enquiries, follow-up on that lead, create that media post, start that marketing campaign etc Procrastination is the thief of time, and time is money. So stop stealing from yourself.

Saturday mornings are for conversations with God while having a workout outdoors to the sunrise.

Training in nature is one of my all time favourite hobbies. Whether I'm playing sport, hiking, going for a run or a swim, as long as I'm outdoors being active, I'm happy.

It boosts my mood, provides me with cleaner air, grounds me, clears my mental space and the views never get boring.
